Customer Service Policy. We stand behind all of our products. Defective Items: It is very rare but finished products from the factory can arrive defective, or missing parts. In this case please note that we stock all spare parts, and have product engineers on staff (email) to help resolve any issues. Defective items that cannot be fixed with parts will be replaced with a brand new item. All products (unless otherwise stated) have a 30-day return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. All returns must be in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
